As a supplier of services we are, according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG (German Teleservices Act) responsible that the content on our site is in accordance with general legislation. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG Law we are not obliged to monitor transferred or saved data of foreign origin or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations for the removal or barring of the use of information in accordance with legal regulations remain unaffected hereby.
